Refund Policy

Sean Jimenez Consulting (“Designer”) provides custom digital web design and development services. Due to the personalized nature of our work and the allocation of time and resources, refunds are governed by the terms below.

1. Deposits and Upfront Payments

All projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. The deposit reserves production time and is non-refundable once paid.

2. Milestone-Based Payments

Projects are commonly divided into phases or milestones (for example: planning, design, development, launch). Milestone payments are invoiced as milestones are completed.

Once a milestone is completed and approved (or deemed approved under the Service Agreement/Project Summary review window), the payment for that milestone is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

Client may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. If cancellation occurs before a milestone is completed, Client will be billed only for work completed to date. The initial deposit remains non-refundable.

If a milestone has been completed, payment for that milestone remains due and non-refundable.

4. Satisfaction and Revisions

Designer does not issue refunds for completed work. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions that fall within the original scope and revision allowances stated in the Project Summary.

5. Scope Changes / Change Orders

Requests that go beyond the original scope require a written change order with revised pricing and timelines. Approved change orders are non-refundable once work begins on the added scope.

6. Questions

For questions about this policy, contact contact@seanjimenezconsulting.com or +1 (954) 218-5436.

Delivery Policy

Sean Jimenez Consulting (“Designer”) provides digital services only. No physical goods are shipped. This Delivery Policy explains how and when project deliverables are provided.

1. Delivery Method

Deliverables (including website files, access credentials, design assets, and documentation) are delivered electronically via email and/or cloud storage or secure access links.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary depending on project scope, milestone complexity, and Client responsiveness. Most standard projects are completed within approximately 2–6 weeks unless otherwise specified in the Project Summary.

Client delays (for example, late content, delayed approvals, or slow feedback) may extend delivery timelines.

3. Milestone Updates

Designer will provide milestone updates throughout the project. Client agrees to review and approve milestone deliverables within the review window stated in the Project Summary (or within 5 business days if not specified).

4. Final Delivery and Release Conditions

Final deliverables are released upon (a) Client approval of final work and (b) receipt of all outstanding payments. If hosting or third-party services are required, Client must maintain those accounts in good standing for the site to remain accessible.

5. Post-Delivery Support

Any post-launch support, maintenance, training, or updates are provided only if included in the Project Summary or under a separate written agreement.

6. Questions

For questions about delivery, contact contact@seanjimenezconsulting.com or +1 (954) 218-5436.
